Ready to become a published author?

Bookbound is a platform founded by Fran Hauser that supports future nonfiction authors through content, community, and coaching

Hi, I’m Fran.

I’m an author, keynote speaker, book coach, and co-host of the Bookbound podcast.

Since writing and launching two bestselling and highly acclaimed books, The Myth of the Nice Girl and Embrace the Work, Love Your Career, I’ve helped countless authors do the same.

With experience as both a startup investor and media executive, I’ve noticed the parallels between pitching a business and a nonfiction book. Both require a strong product-market fit, distinct competitive advantages, and a compelling “why you, why now?” narrative. I bring this unique perspective to every book project I take on.

I founded Bookbound to help aspiring nonfiction authors get published and launch their books with the greatest possible impact. Built on the pillars of content, community, and coaching, Bookbound offers a range of programs designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey. And you’ll see that I partner with my friend and bestselling book coach, Bethany Saltman, on several of these programs.

I’m excited to connect with you and learn more about your book! 📚✨
